Job Description

Earth Rated is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities in partnership with the Sales Representatives.

Do you have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior? Do you enjoy selling and building relationships rather than prospecting or cold calling? If so, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional Sales Representatives to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients in order to increase revenue.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the operational care of assigned customers in order to ensure complete customer/ client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer purchasing patterns.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer and client service.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to address customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Education & Experience

  • BSc/BA in in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field OR relevant work experience
