Job Description

Our growing team is seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting our Product Development team by organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and more. The Project Coordinator will work alongside the creative minds behind our business and act as support wherever needed!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, & budgets
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings as needed
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Undertake project tasks as required or outline by the Product Development Manager 2
• Ensure that projects adhere to the Earth Rated framework and that all documents and details are maintained appropriately using our communication & project management platforms (Basecamp & Front)
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure we’re following best practices and measuring our effectiveness using the right tools and metrics

• Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet critical deadlines
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Is highly organized and able to manage time and priorities
• Is detail-oriented and able to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues
• Has the capacity to multitask and manage several projects on an ongoing basis within a fast and growing environment.
• Displays autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness
• Has an innovative and creative spirit

Education & Experience

• Education in Design an asset (University degree or applicable certification)
• Experience in sourcing, design, and manufacturing process an asset
• Relevant work experiences an asset
