No matter if you live in a small town or large city, the ecosystem isn’t built to handle dog waste. At Earth Rated, we truly believe the best way to be a responsible dog owner is to pick up your dog’s poop to keep it safely contained to ensure it does not contaminate the environment around us.

- How thick are your bags?
  
  Dark green-colored bags: 15 microns thick
  
  Certified Compostable bags: 18 microns thick
- Do you offer any larger bags for bigger messes?
  
  Our handle bags are extra wide to clean up bigger messes and to accommodate bigger hands!
  
  But we understand that XL dogs sometimes need XL bags! We also offer XL poop bags exclusively available online!
- Which bags do you recommend for scooping cat litter?
  
  Our handle-bags or our XL bags are perfect for cat litter cleanups, as cat litter scoopers can easily fit through the extra-wide openings.
- Help! I am having trouble opening the bags.
  
  Dry fingertips can sometimes make it harder to pull the bag open. If you are having trouble opening them, we suggest pinching the top of the bag to separate the sides or even slightly moistening your fingertips.
  
  Still having trouble? Perhaps trying our handle bags with a wider opening could help!
- How should I store my poop bags?
  
  Always store your poop bags in a cool and dry area, and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight.

  Our bags are manufactured in China in a facility that exclusively makes Earth Rated products. Over the last 12 years, we have worked closely with the ownership team in ensuring Earth Rated’s high operational standards are met.
Compostable Poop bag FAQ
- What standards do your compostable poop bags meet?
  
  Our compostable bags meet the ASTM D6400 standard for municipal composting, as well as the EN13432 Home and Industrial standards for compostability.
- How thick are your certified compostable poop bags?
  
  Our compostable bags are 18 microns thick or 0.71mil – our thickest bag yet!
- How should I store my compostable poop bags?
  
  Always store your poop bags in a cool and dry area, and avoid exposing them to direct sunlight.
- How should I dispose of the compostable poop bags?
  
  Composting with municipal composting facilities:
  Our light-green bags can be composted in municipal facilities that accept pet waste. Municipal composting facilities that accept pet waste do not exist in many communities so be sure to check locally for such facilities in your area.
  
  Home Composting
  These bags are certified for home composting. That said, just be sure not to use the soil to grow your dinner, avoid putting it on food crops and anything edible!

- What can I use these dog wipes for?
  
  Our wipes are perfect for cleaning your dog’s paws, body and bum! Their gentle and hypoallergenic formula makes them perfect for daily use.
- What are the ingredients?
  
  Lavender:
  
  Water, glycerin, chamomilla recutita flower extract (chamomile), aloe barbadensis leaf extract (aloe vera), shea butter, caprylhydroxamic acid, butylene glycol, hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl glycol, lavandula angustifolia oil (lavender essential oil), cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract, punica granatum extract (pomegranate), tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e), citric acid, sodium citrate, gluconolactone.
  
  Unscented:

- What are your wipes made of?
  
  Our dog wipes are made up of Lenzing VEOCEL™ fibres that are derived from wood grown in certified sustainable forestry.
- Where are your wipes made?
  
  Our wipes are made in a manufacturing facility located in China which has exceeded the standards set forth by international organizations required by baby and facial wipes manufacturers. These certifications include Nordic Swan Ecolabel, ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPc), BCR, GMP, as well as EPA compliance for ensuring the proper disposal of water and waste.
- Are your wipes flushable?
  
  We do not recommend flushing our wipes as we have not specifically tested the impact that this might have on your system.
