Our 3-in-1 Dog Shampoos, Refresh Mist and No-Rinse Shampoo are proudly made in Canada 🇨🇦 (that’s where we’re located as well!). We strongly believe in creating premium quality products at an accessible price for all dog owners.

Our grooming line products are made with a mixture of natural and synthetic ingredients, with more than 90% of ingredients being naturally derived. Our packaging is also made of 25% of post-consumer recycled materials.

Our grooming line incorporates Zinc ricinoleate, an odor-control agent. This ingredient tackles odor as it traps and absorbs odor particles.

Great news! Our 3-in-1 shampoos, as well as our Refresh Mist and No-Rinse Shampoo have gentle formulations which are hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals.

Groomers tend to use a variety of different products based on your dog’s coat type and needs. That often includes a shampoo to clean your dog’s fur, a conditioner to moisturize their skin and coat, as well as some type of deodorizing agent or perfume to keep your dog smelling nice. This is why our approach to grooming includes 3-in-1 shampoos that give you the same benefits at home: cleaning, hydrating and deodorizing your pup in one simple product.

You'll want to get a specially-formulated dog shampoo to clean your pup’s coat, as they have a different pH than human (and even baby) shampoo which can be  too harsh for their skin. If you can use shampoo that’s specifically formulated for your dog’s coat type, even better!

The only thing you’ll really need to bathe your dog is the right shampoo (specifically formulated for dogs) and a source of water - although even water is optional if you’re using no-rinse shampoo! Making sure you have the space set up for them so they can’t slip, fall or run away (wet dog smell all over the house, anyone?) is also recommended.
