These refreshing DIY watermelon treats are perfect for any occasion!
You will need:
1 seedless watermelon
1 cup coconut milk, coconut water or water.
Peel the watermelon by slicing off the rind with a sharp knife.
Dice the watermelon into small cubes.
Blend the watermelon into liquid using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
Add approximately 1 cup of either coconut milk, coconut water, or regular water depending on your preference.
Pour mixture into an ice cube tray and allow it to freeze fully, about 2 to 3 hours.
