Our bags are made from 65% certified post-consumer recycled plastic and 35% virgin plastic (HDPE, LLDPE). Our head office is located in Montréal, Quebec, and our bags are manufactured by our trusted partners in China.

We make a lot of bags. By using 65% certified post-consumer recycled plastic, at the volume we produce, we’re able to give a second life to more than 5 million pounds (that's 2.2 million kilograms!) of landfill-bound plastic every year. We use less energy and are less reliant on fossil fuels because we’re not creating plastic from scratch. And we’re contributing to the circular economy and efforts to reduce plastic waste. The unit of measure for a bag's thickness is a micron, and we know every micron matters when your hand is getting that close to your dog's poop. 😅 That's why all of our bags are 15 microns thick and tough enough for even the biggest messes!

Our unscented bags have absolutely no fragrance added to them - we put a ton of precautions in place to keep them unscented. However, since our bags are made from 65% certified post-consumer recycled plastic, they may have a slight smell. This is simply the result of the process required to repurpose recycled plastic into our bags. If you're particularly sensitive to scent and aren't satisfied with the unscented bags you purchased, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

We do. Our easy-tie handle bagsa re extra wide and perfect for handling big messes. Our refill rolls are also surprisingly long (measuring 9”x13”) and roomy enough to pick up after dogs of all sizes.

Our wipes are hypoallergenic, made from plant-based materials, and alcohol/paraben-free, which makes them gentle enough for daily use to help extend the time in between baths!

Our wipes are specifically designed for use on dogs, which means they are formulated with the right pH balance and ingredients that will be gentle on your dog’s skin and fur. Baby wipes can contain ingredients that can actually irritate your dog.

Our grooming wipes are perfect for quick cleanups of paws, body and bum; they're gentle enough for daily use. Our ear wipes are made to cleanse the sensitive folds, flaps and fur of your dog's ears, and to keep them smelling fresh. Our eye wipes are made to cleanse your dog's eyes and reduce tear stains in a blink.

Our wipes are made from plant-based viscose fibres derived from wood, which are all organic materials.

Our wipes’ plastic pouch is made of a plastic mix of PET and LLDPE (#7) and the lid of the grooming wipes is made of PET (#1). They are recyclable as long as your local recycling facilities accept these materials, as recycling programs vary from one community to the next.

Although our wipes are made from plant-based viscose fibres derived from wood (which are organic materials), many composting facilities have guidelines and policies that limit the type of waste that can be composted. Due to these limitations, wipes like ours may not be accepted in many composting facilities. If you are unsure whether your local composting facility accepts certain products like our wipes, we suggest you contact the facility directly to ask.

Our wipes should not be flushed down the toilet, as we have not specifically tested the impact that this might have on the waste disposal system. Please throw your used wipes into the garbage or the composting bin (if your local composting facility accepts them).

Our Enrichment, Tug, Fetch and Treat toys are made from responsibly-sourced PEFC-certified natural rubber. Our Fly toy is made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and was designed to be light and float on water.

All of our toys have been rigorously tested by a third party for durability and resistance to biting and pulling. If you're looking for enrichment toys, our Treat and Enrichment toys can be filled with your pup's favorite treats or kibble; just be sure to take it away once they've gotten all the food out so that they don't turn their attention to destroying the toy! For active play, our Fetch toy is made of thick natural rubber and bounces unpredictably so that your pup will expend their energy on chasing the ball instead of trying to chew through it. 

We also recommend sizing up to accommodate any super chewer tendencies! Please remember that no dog toy is indestructible and we encourage you to supervise play at all times and discontinue use if the toy shows signs of damage.

Our toys have been tested and are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend putting them in the dishwasher for a quick and easy clean. Alternatively, a quick soak and scrub in a sink works great too.  If cleaning by hand, we recommend a bottle brush for any hard-to-clean areas.
